Why do I need it Paxton Net2 Paxlock?
PaxLock is our range of wireless access control door handles.
It offers the same security and convenience as a wired access control system but with the additional flexibility of being wireless, meaning less cabling and therefor quick and simple installation for minimal disruption.
Installing an access control system means that you will never have to change a lock again.
Tokens are issued to allow access through the controlled doors and are easily barred from the system if they are lost or stolen.
PaxLock can be standalone or as part of a networked solution offering a versatile access control solution that can grow with the needs of your site.
Networked or Standalone, which is right for you?
Networked
The Net2 PaxLock and PaxLock Pro can both be used as part of a Net2 access control system. This means centralized management from a PC, and the benefit of a range of additional features that come with Net2 including event reporting, remote management, and third-party system integration.

Standalone
PaxLock Pro can be fitted without a network in standalone mode, ideal for smaller sites or those not requiring the additional functionality of an online system. This simpler solution just requires a PaxLock Pro and a pack of access cards or keyfobs. Unlike a networked system, a standalone system is programmed at each door.
